How close can you safely put a baby's cot to a Smart Meter?

Why can't they answer simple questions?

Wouldn't you want to know the answer to the question:

"How close can you put a baby's cot to a Smart Meter?"

Well, the following organisations don't appear to care about it:

1. Mercury, the people who organised and subsequently bill me for the Smart Meter
2. Wells, the company who installed the Smart Meter
3. Health and Safety Department and NZ Standards Association, who make and enforce the standards
4. Intellihub, the company that distributes the smart meter
5. The Ministry of Health
6. The Utilities Disputes Tribunal

Not one can answer this question and don't show any interest in answering it, and yet it is a real life situation. Why don't they know or want to know the answer?
