22/12/2024: After sleeping next to the Smart meter for 3 months, here are my symptoms.
- Exhaustion. This is a constant factor. I can recover but I soon return to the condition if I make a mistake, such as drinking a beer.
- Muscle loss. I've lost approximately 5 kg from my normal weight of 78 kg, down to only 73 kg. This may actually be fat loss, as my muscles are good, but I cannot lift my normal weights. For example, I would be able to bench press 60 kg (Bar + 2 x 20 kg Weights). Now I bench press 40 kg and it's hard.
- Brain Fog. This is only related to fatigue. I can manage this by increasing my thinking effort.
- Skin tingling
A shopping crash
I went out shopping with my partner and she suggested we have lunch. I was happy to do so but then I let my guard down and drank 2 x 4.5% beers, deep fried chips, and pizza. It crashed me completely. I immediately slept in the car. That night I slept for 8 hours. In the morning I went for a 1 km walk, returned home, ate a steak, and went back to sleep for 3 hours.
Beer would not normally make me react this way. 2 beers and I would normally be ready to go out all night. This can only be an issue of a) Gut Biome b) Mitochondria
The research is clear that significant mitochondrial damage comes from common intentional exposures such as alcohol consumption and commonly prescribed classes of drugs like statins, NSAIDs, and antibiotics.
How do you protect from Mitochondrial damage?
Resveratrol is a polyphenolic compound that occurs naturally in many foods, including:
- Grapes: The skin of grapes used to make red wine is a primary source of resveratrol.
- Peanuts: Contain up to 0.13 mg of resveratrol per cup.
- Blueberries: A good source of antioxidants, dietary fiber, vitamins C and K, and manganese.
- Dark chocolate: Resveratrol blends well with other antioxidants and minerals in dark chocolate.
- Apples: Contain 67 µg/100 g of resveratrol.
- Pears: Contain 34.43 µg/100 g of resveratrol.
- Grapefruit: Contains 82 µg/100 g of resveratrol.
- Walnuts: Contain 1585 µg/100 g of resveratrol.
- Potatoes: Contain 952.4 µg/100 g of resveratrol.
Blueberries are a very important food to include in your diet.
The shopping crash has taught me so much. It has shown me a diet that I need to look into.
Resveratrol is not in my regular diet and when I went on Keto, Potatoes were no longer in my food groups. But neither were all of the above. Walnuts are a quick fix.
How to Fix
Sleep will help but I have had quite a bit now and I need to go to the next level.
- Weight lifting exercise will help activate and create new mitochondria
- Eat some of the above
- Jumping into cold water will shut down inflammation
- Turmeric and black pepper
- High vibration music will reconnect my energy to my body
- Protein in the form of eggs (make and eat a 2 egg omelette)
They say it takes 2 years to heal the nervous system. But how do you heal it when you are constantly exposed to EMF? There has to be a way and I'm determined to find it.
